Cleaning the Liquid Tank Filter Assembly

Applicable Models: P150

Please make sure the drone is powered off and the liquid tank is empty before proceeding.

Procedure:
  1. (Optional) Disconnect the pump hose from the tank filter for easier handling.
  2. Unscrew and remove the filter assembly from the liquid tank.
  3. Remove the filter cap, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and reinstall it.
Note:
  • Always handle chemical components with gloves.
  • Ensure the filter assembly is securely reinstalled before operation.

Drone Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting “One Side of Nozzles Spraying Only” During Autonomous Operation

Applicable Models: P150
Issue

During autonomous spraying, liquid is discharged only from one side nozzle. The pump on the opposite side appears to be functioning, but spray volume is absent or insufficient.

Possible Causes
  • Liquid tube bent or compressed
  • Tank outlet filter clogged with debris
  • Pump impeller worn or damaged
  • Pipelines not fully primed before operation
Solutions
  • Check whether the liquid tube is bent or compressed.
  • Check if the filter cap at the tank outlet is clogged with debris.
  • Check if the pump impellers are worn or damaged.
  • Before starting autonomous operation, perform manual spray test with high flow rate to fill the tubes with liquid, then start the operation.
Safety Notes
  • Power off the drone before conducting inspection or maintenance.
  • Wear protective gloves and goggles when handling agricultural chemicals.
Distinguishing the impellers:
  • White impellers are designed for low-temperature resistance and should be used when operating in conditions below 15 °C.
  • Black impellers are corrosion-resistant and are recommended when operating with liquids above 15 °C.
  • When enabling “Operation Calibration,” try to use white impellers whenever possible.

Obstacle Avoidance is Enabled in the operation settings, but Sensors System Page Shows “OFF”

Issue

Obstacle avoidance has been enabled in the XAG One App operation settings, but before operation the sensors system page shows “OFF.”

Cause

This is normal. The obstacle avoidance radar will not be activated until the drone begins operation.

Solution

  • No action required.
  • Once spraying operation starts, the radar will operate according to the settings, the sensors system page will then display “ON” or “OFF” depending on the actual operating state.

Drone Troubleshooting

Unable to turn on Terrain-Following Function During Operation

Solution:

  • If terrain-following was set to “ALL OFF” before starting, it cannot be activated during the operation.
  • To change the terrain-following setting mid-operation, first terminate the current operation, then set the terrain-following function to either “ALL ON” or “Operation Routes Only.

XAG One App Displays “Pumps Not Calibrated”

Alert:

The app indicates that the impeller pump is not calibrated and recommends performing calibration as soon as possible.

Possible Causes:

  • A new drone is used
  • A new pump has been used
  • Application system has been replaced

Solution:

  • Perform a spraying calibration via P150 Device Page > Spraying System > Calibration > Regular Calibration.

Note: The pump calibration is set to the default value, so “Operation Calibration” will not take effect; a “Regular Calibration” is required.

How-To / Operational

How to Enable “Drone Return Sound Alert”

Procedure:

  1. Open the XAG One App.
  2. Tap the bottom menu “My” → “Settings” → “Preferences settings” → “RNT sound prompt”
  3. Toggle the setting to “On” or “Off” to enable or disable the return sound alert.
