Equipment Return Guide
This guide serves the purpose of outlining steps for sending equipment back to XAG Australia warehouse for inspection and repair.

Sending Equipment To XAG Australia Warehouse
1. Submit a Repair Request Form
Visit Request Repair Service and complete the form with accurate and detailed information regarding the equipment issue.
2. Await Confirmation from the After Sales Team
Our After Sales Team will contact you via email to confirm receipt of your repair request and provide further instructions, including a unique Form ID.
3. Prepare the Equipment for Return
Securely package the equipment to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the package includes a printed or handwritten note with the following details:
- Your assigned Form ID
- Your Return Address
4. Ship the Equipment to the Address Below
Recipient: XAG Support (Please do not list an individual staff member's name)

Including your personal details inside the package will help facilitate prompt processing and the return of your repaired equipment.
5. Notify XAG Australia Support
Once the equipment has been shipped, please reply to the confirmation email with the tracking number and courier details. This will assist XAG Australia in tracking the package and ensure prompt processing of your After Sales request.
Note: If the equipment arrives at the warehouse without a valid Form ID, it will be classified as unattended. This may result in delays in processing, identification, or return of the item. To avoid such issues, always ensure the Form ID is clearly included with the shipment.
