Overview of the Complete Certification Package

XAG Australia, in collaboration with ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy, is pleased to introduce the Complete Certification Package (CCP). This comprehensive training and certification package is designed to equip drone operators with everything needed to start their operations confidently and compliantly.

ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy offers a streamlined solution that covers all essential components for drone operation certification, from initial training to final assessment and compliance. The program also includes the powerful AVCRM compliance management software to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Phase 1: Training
Participants are enrolled in one of ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy's industry-leading training courses. All required materials, including manuals and aircraft, are provided—no need to bring anything, not even a pen.

Phase 2: Operations Manual Suite
ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy creates a customized Operations Manual Suite tailored to the specific needs of each organization. These manuals are crucial for processing the Remote Operator’s Certificate (ReOC) with CASA, covering all regulatory requirements, including night and close-proximity operations.

Phase 3: Compliance Software (AVCRM)
The program integrates the AVCRM software suite into the Operations Manual Suite, with the first 12 months provided free (a value of over $500). This tool is essential for maintaining compliance with CASA’s Part101 Manual of Standards, and ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy assists with setup and ongoing use.

Phase 4: ReOC Assessment
The final step involves processing the ReOC. ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy arranges for a trusted CASA Delegate to handle this, offering full support throughout the application and assessment process. Their Chief Instructor, John Fleming, mentors participants, ensuring they are well-prepared to begin operations. ACE Aviation Aerospace Academy also connects participants with insurance providers to help them start their operations fully equipped.
