Description of Issues
Description of issues:
Multiple operators observed abnormal behaviour when the aircraft approached or exited the field guide point:
- The aircraft would pause and hover at the guide point
- Flight speed would intermittently decrease during operation, the aircraft would then accelerate again after a delay
Causes of issues (Preliminary Finding):
Initial investigation identified a conflict involving the aircraft firmware called Navigation Service.
Further analysis determined that:
- A recent parameter changes within the cloud configuration file conflicted with the Navigation Service
- The conflict disrupted route-planning execution
- The aircraft temporarily halted or slowed while recalculating navigation paths
This resulted in hovering at guide points and speed fluctuations during spreading operations.

Instructions for Customer
If similar behavior is observed, please submit a support form immediately via link: https://www.xag-au.com/request-repair-service
Then upload:
- Flight logs from the time period of the affected flight
- Upload app logs from the same date
Supply the following details in the form:
- Aircraft serial number (SN)
- XAG One App account ID
- Date and time of logs uploaded
Solution
A corrected cloud configuration and Navigation Service update have been released.
Required Procedure:
- Connect the SRC4 remote controller to the internet
- Ensure the SRC4 is properly bound to the aircraft
- Power off the aircraft for 5 minutes
- Power on aircraft
- Repeat the power-off/power-on process twice: This forces the aircraft to refresh and download the updated cloud configuration
- After restart, update firmware while SRC4 is connected to the internet:
- Navigate to XAG One APP > Me > Device Page > P150 > Firmware Update
- Confirm Navigation Service is updated to Version 3.0.0.116
