Abnormal Aircraft Attitude During Turning Manoeuvre

Description of Issues

Under specific operating conditions, the aircraft may enter a turning manoeuvre with a bank angle exceeding the expected operational threshold, resulting in abnormal attitude behaviour. In reported cases, this condition caused the aircraft to overturn in-flight and subsequently impact the ground.

If you are experiencing similar issues, follow the procedure below to report the issues

Required Operator Actions

Operators are advised to update all aircraft firmware to the latest available version and perform a complete aircraft power-cycle procedure following the update.

If abnormal flight behaviour continues to occur, operators should immediately cease operation and submit a support request for further investigation.

 

Instructions for Pilots

1. Update the aircraft firmware via: XAG One App → Me → Device → P150 Max Device Details → Firmware Update

2. After the firmware update is completed, power off the aircraft for approximately 5 minutes.

3. Restart the aircraft.

4. Repeat the power cycle procedure one additional time to ensure all onboard services initialise correctly.

5. If similar behaviour is observed after the update, immediately submit a technical support request via:  XAG Australia Repair Request Form
