Description of Issues
Under specific operating conditions, the aircraft may enter a turning manoeuvre with a bank angle exceeding the expected operational threshold, resulting in abnormal attitude behaviour. In reported cases, this condition caused the aircraft to overturn in-flight and subsequently impact the ground.
Instructions for Customer
Solution
Required Operator Actions
Operators are advised to update all aircraft firmware to the latest available version and perform a complete aircraft power-cycle procedure following the update.
If abnormal flight behaviour continues to occur, operators should immediately cease operation and submit a support request for further investigation.
Instructions for Pilots
1. Update the aircraft firmware via: XAG One App → Me → Device → P150 Max Device Details → Firmware Update
2. After the firmware update is completed, power off the aircraft for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Restart the aircraft.
4. Repeat the power cycle procedure one additional time to ensure all onboard services initialise correctly.
5. If similar behaviour is observed after the update, immediately submit a technical support request via: XAG Australia Repair Request Form
